Terms & Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE
Accepting to use the e-mastering service provided by Velvet Room Mastering (part of Ultrasonic Studio s.a.s.) the client accepts the following Terms and Conditions.

2. APPROVAL
Velvet Room Mastering (part of Ultrasonic Studio s.a.s.) shall deliver the finished product to the client via internet upload/download. The client may request any changes or revisions within 7 days from the delivery date. Revisions or changes may have additional cost, please see price list. At the end of the above mentioned period the work shall be considered approved by the client and any further request will be treated as a new order.

3. REVISIONS AND CHANGES Changes or revisions are to be submitted no longer than 7 days from delivery. Revisions or changes required after 7 days from the delivery will be accounted for as a new work order.

4. LIABILITY
Velvet Room Mastering (part of Ultrasonic Studio s.a.s.) is not liable for any copyrights or royalties infringement of any nature due to third parties, recording or production costs incurred by the client, damages and/or loss of material during internet uploading or downloading.
Velvet Room Mastering (part of Ultrasonic Studio s.a.s.) shall not be held in any way liable, for the loss and/or damages due to the client lost profits and the Client expressly waives all rights to any loss and/or damage claims.

5. RIGHT TO DECLINE
Velvet Room Mastering (part of Ultrasonic Studio s.a.s.) reserves the right to decline work ordered on material with possible copyright or legal issues.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
The Privacy policy hereby presented follows the directives outlined by the
article 13 of the Decreto. Legislativo. 30 Gugno 2003 n°196 – Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali (Personal Data Act) for customers using Ultrasonic Studio s.a.s. web services.

Customer data

Any data including name, e-mail address and billing information willingly provided by the customer requiring information, quotes or invoicing acquired through the contact addresses found on this website will only be used to provide the service or services required buy the customer.

Your data is handled with the strictest confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless you have given us your express permission to do so. We may however be required by law to disclose your information in certain situations (such as to an investigating authority) where the transfer takes place only within the framework required by legal conventions.
